THE 2025 Z-NIGHT FUNDRAISING RAFFLE:
THE CHIEDZA CHIKANDIWA SCHOLARSHIP FUND
For the past few years, we have included in our Z-Night Celebration a raffle that supports a specific project that Nancy and Prisca single out as especially urgent or impactful. This year, Prisca and Nancy have asked us to join together to support a wonderful young student and aspiring lawyer, Chiedza Chikandiwa!
WHAT DO WE WANT TO DO FOR CHIEDZA?
THIS IS WHY WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
our goal: to raise $8000 for a scholarship fund:
-to cover the tuition, fees, and exam costs FOR CHIEDZA’S POST-SECONDARY LAW DEGREE
do you prefer to donate outright to CHIEDZA’s scholarship fund?
How does this raffle work?
-to buy raffle tickets, make a secure online donation or purchase tickets in person at our Z-Night event
-a donation of $50 enters your name in the drawing once, $100 enters your name twice, etc.
-at Z-Night 2025, on May 21st, we will draw a winner, and that lucky person wins a beautiful handwoven basket, chosen by Nancy and Prisca as their favorite from the most recent ‘batch’ of baskets!
-you need not be there in person at Z-Night to win (though we would love to have you join us!). We are happy to send the prize basket to you if you are unable to attend. Just please be sure to give us your email and address when purchasing your raffle tickets!
